One of Ashley’s favorite stories is from a couple she met at a listing that wasn’t the right fit. Ashley negotiated a great deal with the builder, but when the builder and product didn’t meet expectations, her clients made the difficult decision to back out just weeks before closing. Ashley quickly pivoted, worked with their lender for fast approval, and strategically positioned a strong offer on an existing home in a multiple-offer situation. They won.
