I decided to sell my townhouse right before the holidays & quickly began working with NHG’s Casey Martin. She quickly came to my home to meet and explained what I had to look forward to in regards to proceeds and quick upgrades to my home. She arranged for my home to be staged and professionally painted. Things started off slow but once the new year passed things became to pick up. When it was time for me to sell and purchase my new home, Casey went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal possible. Everyone from the lender to the title company went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience during this stressful process.

My wife and I started looking for a home in the Nashville area from out of state in May of 2021. We connected with a realtor whom we thought would be able to advocate for us and shepherd us through the process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After three trips to the Nashville area, we became increasingly frustrated and contemplated abandoning our relocation plans. That is when we met Patrick Higgins. Patrick Higgins and his entire team were outstanding in dealing with the sale of two of my homes. He is somehow an expert in each and every community, truly knowing Nashville inside and out. We were able to list within two weeks and have a contract the first weekend on both houses for over list. Working through two closing processes at the same time was very challenging, but Patrick navigated some very challenging waters like an expert.
